Applications are now open for the Romania Government Scholarship 2025/26, offered through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This fully funded scholarship in Europe is available to foreign citizens from non-EU countries who wish to study in Romania. It is open to students pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees, with the exception of Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy.
