President Bio Announces Key Diplomatic and Government Appointments

His Excellency President Dr. Julius Maada Bio has announced a series of significant appointments to various diplomatic and government positions. 

These new appointments aim to strengthen Sierra Leone's domestic and international representation and administration.

The general public is informed that His Excellency President Dr. Julius Maada Bio has announced several key appointments:

  • Dr. Emmanuel A.R. Gaima has been appointed Secretary to the President.

  • Dr. Julius F. Sandy will serve as the High Commissioner of Sierra Leone to Nigeria.

  • Mr. Mohamed H. Kaisamba has been named High Commissioner to Ghana.

  • Ms. Martha C. Kanagbo will be the High Commissioner to The Gambia.

  • Mr. Mohamed Barrie has been appointed Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.

  • Mr. Momodu Koroma will serve as Ambassador to Morocco.

  • Mr. Paul Massaquoi has been named Ambassador to South Korea.

  • Mr. Salamu Koroma will take on the role of Ambassador to Iran.

  • Mrs. Francess V. Anderson has been appointed Ambassador to Turkiye.

  • Mr. Abdul Aziz Turay has been named Deputy Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
